Shipping Rates
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).
Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $12.00.
Shipping rates apply to physical products only.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier services. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Digital Products & Courses
Digital products, online courses, memberships, and downloadable materials are not shipped physically and are delivered electronically. Access instructions will be provided after purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Injector's Guide is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of any damaged items when contacting us.
