Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@injectorsguide.com so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

To help us evaluate your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and educational materials, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Printed books

  • E-books and digital downloads

  • Online courses and educational content

  • Memberships and subscription-based products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Training & Shadowing Deposits

Training and shadowing deposits may be eligible for refund or transfer based on the terms outlined on the specific training registration page. Please review the applicable training policy prior to booking.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
